Late of Hallidays Point, and formerly of Cremorne Point. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 24th December 2019.
Aged 84 years
Beloved husband of Ann. Loving and incredible father of Wendy and Stuart, father-in-law to Melanie, and step-father to Mitchell. Devoted and adored Pop to Adam, Lucinda, Jackson and Allegra. Much loved brother of Don & Noelene (both dec), Gordon and Di, Keith and Barbara. Loved Uncle of all his nieces, nephews and their families. Ian will be dearly missed by Ann’s family, the Strathdee clan, their extended families, and his many dear friends and colleagues in the legal profession, and at large. Ian lived a grand life full of fun, laughter and happiness. He was a very special man, and we were all so lucky to have had him in our lives.
The family and friends of Ian are warmly invited to his Funeral Service in the Chapel at Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens, Pampoolah Road Taree, commencing at 11.00 am on Monday 6th January 2020.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Ian’s name to Alzheimer’s Australia would be warmly appreciated.
