Late of Wingham, Passed away peacefully on Sunday 6th February 2022.
Aged 98 years
Loving wife of Leslie (dec). Much loved Mum of Rhonda, Lesley, Gordon, Max, Ian and Lorrae. Cherished Nana Hazel of her Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
Will be sadly missed by all her extended family and friends.
A family only Funeral Service is to be held for Hazel in the Chapel at Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Pampoolah Road Taree, commencing at 2.00pm on Wednesday 16th February.
