POLAK, Douglas Bennett “Doug”
Late of Taree, passed away peacefully on Sunday 14th August, 2022.
Aged 92 years
Cherished husband and life partner of Pat (Deceased). Loving father to Brad, Bronwen and Geoff. Adored Grandpa to Abbie, Erin, Rebecca, Sarah, Jade, Bree and Drew. Great Grandpa to Charlotte, Lucas, Alexis and Harvey. Sadly missed by his extended family and friends.
Doug’s Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Chapel of the Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Pampoolah Road Pampoolah, commencing at 11.00am on Wednesday 24th August, 2022.
