Late of Old Bar and formerly of Port Macquarie. Passed away peacefully on Thursday 27th June 2019.
Aged 88 years.
Beloved husband of Dorothy (dec). Loving Dad of John & Sandy, David & Piyada, Martin & Tracey. Cherished Pa of his nine grandchildren. Will be sadly missed by all his extended family and friends.
Jacks’ Funeral Service is to be held in the Chapel at Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens Crematorium, commencing at 9.00am on Tuesday 2nd July.
