Late of Taree, Passed away suddenly on Sunday 13th June 2021.
Aged 93 Years.
Beloved wife of Noel (Dec). Dearly loved Mum of John (Dec) & Sylvia and Wayne & Lorraine (Dec). Devoted Nan of Donna, Jodie, Kellie, Nicole and Old Nan to her many great and great great grandchildren. A special lady in the lives of all her extended family and friends.
Hazel’s funeral service will be held at the Lansdowne Uniting Church, commencing at 11.00am on Wednesday 23rd June prior to her interment in the Lansdowne Cemetery.
