Late of Taree and formerly of Wingham. Passed away suddenly on Saturday 14th October 2017.
Aged 17 Years
Adored son of Chris and Amie. Loving son to his other dad John. A special brother to Jordan, Chloe and Mia. Much loved grandson of Ross & Kay Small, Allan & Fay Franklin, Henry & Sharon Levi. A cherished Nephew to all his Uncles and Aunties. Dearly loved by Courtney. A very special young man in the lives of all his loyal friends.
The relatives and friends of Jay Small are respectfully invited to attend his Celebration of Life to be held in the Chapel at Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens, Pampoolah Road, Taree, commencing at 3.00 pm on Thursday 26th October. Donations in Lieu of flowers to Salvation Army “Youth Off the Streets” would be warmly appreciated.
