Late of Wingham, passed away peacefully on Saturday 1st October, 2022.
Aged 61 Years
Beloved husband to Christine. Much loved son of Margaret & Colin. Loved Stepdad to Michelle and Matt and Pop to Tyler and Clare. Brother to Rod and Ashley. Jake will be sadly missed by his extended family and many friends.
Jake’s Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Chapel of the Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Pampoolah Road Pampoolah commencing at 11.00am on Tuesday 11th October.
